Summary of Personal Activities:
My research interests are in the fields of communication theory, signal processing and radio propagation for wireless and satellite communication systems, networks and standards, with a special emphasis on multi-antenna and multi-point signal processing, channel modeling and measurement, MIMO systems, coordinated multipoint (CoMP) transmission and interference mitigation, OFDMA networks, space-time coding, cooperative communications, heterogeneous networks, green (energy-efficient) communications, cross-layer and system-level designs.
