Dr Pal's research interests include: Power System Stability; Dynamic Equivalencing and Coherency; State estimation in power distribution system, Robust Control of Power System Oscillations; FACTS Controllers; Distributed and Renewable Energy Modelling; Grid Integration of Marine Wave Generations; and Risk modelling and assessment in distribution system operation.
