Our databases read from scanned barcodes. We need to scan your College ID card, when drawing stock from the stores. This will mean speedier transactions, and more accurate reports for account holders.
The above applies to any parcel collected from us. The barcode on your ID card is unique, and is a more secure way of "signing off" packages than barely legible signatures, and obviously speeds up the procedure significantly. And we cut down on reams of paperwork!

Online ordering is now the only way to from the Stores. Click on the link in the right hand pane, log in, open the form, and place your order. We will e-mail you when your order is ready for collection. All fields marked ' * ' must be completed.
If the supplier is not on the main list, select "Other Supplier" from the list, then type in the suppliers name in the space provided, and we will update the list. If the price is known, please include it in the description.
When ordering from the Stores' own stock, please select 'EED Stores' from the list of suppliers.
Please note that we are only able to order from suppliers with whom the college has a credit account.
