Introduction of Different Devices

Although the main focus of our syllabus lies in Silicon semiconductors, the option of a different substrate, such as Germanium or Gallium Arsenide, could help illustrate certain differences in material properties, e.g. carrier mobility.

EEVIL could be expanded to more devices such as other diodes (e.g. Zener, Schottky), Transistors (e.g. MOSFETs, JFETs, BJTs), Photo-Voltaic Cells, etc. It can hence be used in different areas other than devices, thus making it more commercially and educationally viable for fields including EEE and Physics.
