Consequently increased  UV radiation reaches the surface of the earth which causes multiple negative externalities including harming human health. Overexposure to this radiation may negatively affect skin, eye and immune system health. On the other hand a small amount of UV radiation is crucial to the body as it stimulates the production of vitamin D, which is important for osteogenesis, immune function and blood cell formation.

We now find ourselves in a dilemma, as too much exposure will harm us where as too little exposure will stunt our development. What to do!? How can we solve this problem!?
